You might like the "Amelie: The Musical". There are several versions available here on UA-cam to watch. The UA-cam version, "Phillipa Soo looking a lot like the girl from Amelie (Audio Fixed)" Phillipa Soo version /watch?v=fFTG4_c0Hvg whom is also on the Broadway soundtrack. A pre-Broadway version with Samantha Barks as Amelie, /watch?v=OAXUK3mTFAM Samantha Barks version, and she even covers its song "Stay" on her self-titled solo album. There is also the London cast album, and a German cast album with German language versions of the songs. There are some great clips online of the Japanese version of the show, and their paper cutout style stage background that was pretty amazing. I first saw this movie in a arts theater, with English subtitles, I wasn't a fast enough reader to catch everything, but I still love the movie, and wish they would have made a sequel, with Nino and Amelie having a kid, and the kid gets lost in Paris and starts helping everyone, and Amelie, and Nino have to find her. Audrey Tautou, was so cute in this movie I had a crush on her.

I don’t know if you already watched 8 or not, but these are some NON-SPOILER that you really need to comprehend them: JJ Abrams had a vision for all three sequel SW movies, he was working towards a real goal. Stupid Kathleen Kennedy took movie 8 AWAY from JJA, and for some godforsakenreason gave control of 8 to Rian Johnson. RJ, it turns out, either hated JJA, or hated SW, or more likely hated BOTH. So in his rewriting 8 intentionally destroyed everything JJA had been writing towards. Hence the two films seem to be contradictory and even hostile towards each other. THEN after fans HATED RJ’s version So Much, KK brought JJA BACK for 9. . . In which he tried to undo everything RJ did plus tried to shove two films worth of story into 1 film.

Since I've noticed you are reacting to "The Expanse", if you get a chance there's a great podcast out there called "Ty and That Guy". It's done by both Ty Franck, who is one of the two "James S.A. Corey" authors of The Expanse book series and a writer/executive producer of the TV show, and Wes Chatham who played Amos Burton on the show. It started out as an aftershow podcast for The Expanse episodes but it now has episodes that do deep dives into their favorite movies. Since there was a stretch where they were doing deep dives into John Carpenter films, they did an episode on this particular movie. You should check it out.

Linda's acting during the scene where she is describing her dream about the nuclear war was so dam chilling and felt so real. Also, the nuclear war dream scene was said by scientists to be the most realistic depiction of a nuclear blast ever on film. Also, you are SO lucky. I read that many people who watched this when it first came out had the twist that the T-800 was actually the good guy in this movie spoiled by bad marketing.

Wait hold on you're not done with Back to the Future yet. There was a bunch of stuff that came out after part 3. Back to the Future animated series, Back to the Future the ride at universal studios but shut down in 2007, these were literally the sequel to part 3. No one wanted to make a new movie because it ended on a good note but there are other ways to continuous saga. The anime series takes place after the third one the ride also takes place after the third one where duck organizes an institute for future Time travelers. Before the ride was shut down this was literally called Back to the Future part 4. However you still got the animated series. Two seasons 13 episodes each. There's also a dark brown saves the world where after part 3 he explains why we don't have the 2015 from Back to the Future and it's because of what he said at the end of the third film our future hasn't been written yet no one's has your future is whatever you make it so make it a good one and that's why there's no flying cards or flying hoverboards. It's also because Marty didn't get into that accident that some of these things don't exist today. there's also a Back to the Future the game that is five movies long it's literally Back to the Future 4 5 6 7 8 but it's just a video game. Doc decides to move his family to 1985 but before that timeline exists he's still in 1885. He wanted to make a family tree history book for Marty's graduation. He got stuck in 1931 and Marty had to go back in time recreate the DeLorean and save him in 1931. Then you have a new villain like part 2 sister Strickland steals the DeLorean multiple times and creates multiple ultimate realities like part 2 the stakes were higher then the trilogy. There's also two different deloreans from two different time periods in the same location racing against each other. They eventually defeat sister Strickland in 1875 and when Marty returns to the Future. Doc instead of going back to live in 1885 it changed the timeline to where he stayed in 1985 with Claire. Which sets the stage for the animated series. These are all sequels to the trilogy. They also made a documentary movie called back in time which they released on the exact date that Martin doc went to the Future. October 21st 2015 which is Back to the Future day ever since then. President Obama designated it. You can watch all three movies in the theater on October 21st 2015. Anyway back in time is a good documentary movie. It's what I watch after part 3. Lastly, what was recently new to the franchise and what's last that I didn't mention. Right after covid if you want to watch a continuation and you want it to be a movie form there's only one way to do it without making a sequel prequel remake or reboot. It's called Back to the Future the musical. It's exactly the same movie word for word but with songs added to it. Some conversations are actual songs instead of conversations. Like instead of dog talking about how invented time travel he sings about it to Marty before the terrorists come. Actually they even change that part of the plot because you can't have terrorist on stage it's too dangerous. So dark gets poisoned by plutonium instead. Don't breathe plutonium cuz it's actually poison for you. Sorry I'm not going to spoil the musical any further. However Bob Gail who invented Back to the Future who doesn't want to make a sequel prequel remake or reboot. He made a deal with universal so it will never happen within his own lifetime. He said this was the closest will ever get to it Back to the Future part 4. Now that you finish the trilogy can you react to the musical please? it's rewatching the movie but they added layers to the character that wasn't in the movie and it's like seeing the movie for the first time. If you only watch the movie you haven't seen the original Back to the Future. The musical puts the stakes even higher than the movie not as high as the second movie but higher than the first. The musical will have a higher place in your heart than the movie. Go watch the musical. It's performed in the West end opera house right now Broadway and it's going all over the United States. Go to back to the future of the musical.com to see when it will hit your state. With that said see you in the future.

Just to remind you after doc went to the future he updated the DeLorean. So it wouldn't have to use plutonium just trash from the garbage can if you remember the beginning of the second movie. However in this movie you have the opposite problem. Yes the time travel does work because garbage exists in 1985 whoops I mean 1885. However since I was before cars there was no gas. Yes you have garbage to run the time travel but you still need gas to run the car. So in part one you need a electricity for the car to time travel. It's the opposite problem in part 3 where you just need the car to go up to 88 but how do you do that without gas. You need energy to power the vehicle which is gas and you need an energy to power the flux capacitor which is time travel. At the end of part 3 dock found a solution to both problems. The time travel machine uses random junk to time travel but it uses steam to go up to 88 instead of gas or anything else. Steam has been invented since the creation of man. So as of the end of part 3 there can be nothing more wrong with the time machine. Unless you break it to pieces and rebuild it but that's not an interesting story cuz it's easy to rebuild a time machine according to the movies. What a great way to end the trilogy and why there should never be a part 4 cuz there's no more problems you can create. However there is a bunch of more time travel stores you could tell but why ruin this trilogy. It's a classic. There will never be a part 4 a remake or a reboot.

It was sad and incredible how the bagel was a metaphor for self deletion (if you know what I mean). Jobu Tupaki is one of the best characters I have ever seen - her outfits, mood, personality it's insane! In the end, Jobu just wanted her mother to acknowledge her. So many people can relate to this. This movie is the definition of a roller coaster of emotions. What I noticed among people who didn't like this movie is that they mostly say that it doesn't make sense, and don't understand why there are so many seemingly random things happening. The idea behind that is that there are millions of universes, all with different outcomes based on millions and millions of different decisions made by Evelyn. These include universes with almost any outcome, from people with hot dog fingers, to kung fu pinkies. I really liked it when I first saw it, and every time I watch now, I love it even more. Organized chaos at its finest. Easily one of the greatest films ever made.

While there was no movie sequel ever, a comic book series was released that carried on directly after the movie and answers all your questions, one of them being tha Mao Yen is STILL married to Lo Pan.

There were some involved in the movie that wanted to do a sequel. It just didn’t get done. So a comic series was written to show the adventures of Jack burton after this, and to explain the monster at the end. Turns out, the monster becomes kind of Jack’s pet because he was the one that ended his master, so Jack is the master now.
